Ground Defence Course

This thematic course for ground defence will introduce you defending yourself on the floor where the attacker is standing, kneeling, or attempting to pin you down. No previous experience is required for this course, as we will introduce you to the key elements of protecting yourself on the ground, and then build on those by introducing you to different scenarios and showing you how each can be dealt with.
